Simply add your preferred product to your cart, proceed to checkout and follow the payment instructions. 2. What payment methods do you accept? We accept major debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking and other secure payment options available at checkout. 3. Can I modify or cancel my order? Orders may be modified or cancelled before dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY 1. How long does it take to process an order? Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During launches or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. 2. Do you ship internationally? Yes. We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated during checkout. 3. How can I track my order? Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
RETURNS & REFUNDS 1. Do you accept returns? Yes. Eligible products may be returned according to our Return & Refund Policy. 2. Can I exchange a product? Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
PRODUCTS & CARE 1. Are all Palm Print products hand block printed? Yes. Every Palm Print textile is created using traditional hand block printing techniques by skilled artisans. 2. Will my garment look exactly like the photographs? Because each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in print placement, colour and texture are natural and make every garment unique. 3. How should I care for my garment? Please refer to our Care Guide for detailed washing, drying and storage instructions.
SIZING & FIT 1. How do I choose the right size? Please refer to our size guide available on each product page. 2. What if I am between sizes? If you prefer a relaxed fit, we recommend choosing the larger size. For further assistance, feel free to contact us.
