At Palm Print, every piece is carefully handcrafted in small batches using traditional block printing techniques. Because of the handmade nature of our process, we request your patience while we prepare and dispatch your order with care.

  1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise mentioned on the product page.

Certain handcrafted pieces may require additional preparation time depending on:

  • printing process

  • drying time

  • stitching

  • quality checks

Once your order is prepared, it is handed over to our shipping partners for dispatch.

  1. SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

We offer shipping across India.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary during:

  • festivals

  • public holidays

  • weather disruptions

  • high order volumes

  1. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide.

International delivery timelines generally range between:
7–15 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note:

As every Palm Print piece goes through multiple handcrafted stages, occasional delays may occur.

We believe slow craft takes time, and we appreciate your patience while we create something meaningful for you.

Palm Print will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.

  1. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If delivery fails after multiple attempts by the courier partner, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

  1. DAMAGED PACKAGE

If your package appears damaged during delivery:

  • please refuse delivery if visibly tampered
    OR

  • contact us immediately with photos of the package
