1. POLICY OVERVIEW

At Palm Print, each product is hand block printed, making every piece unique.

We follow an exchange-only policy.
Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE

You may request an exchange only if:

You received a damaged or defective product, OR
You received an incorrect item, OR
There is a size issue (for apparel)

👉 Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

3. CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE

To be eligible:

Product must be unused and unwashed
Product must be in original condition and packaging
Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) must be provided
Clear images/videos must be shared for verification

4. NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

We do not accept exchange for:

Customized or altered products
Products showing signs of use
Minor variations in color, print, or texture
(these are natural in hand block printing)
Requests raised after the allowed time

5. EXCHANGE PROCESS
Contact us with order details and issue proof
Our team will review and approve the request
Ship the product back to our address
After inspection, replacement will be dispatched

6. EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Exchange is subject to product availability
If the same product is unavailable:
👉 You will receive store credit or alternative option
No monetary refunds will be issued

 

7. SHIPPING
Return shipping cost is borne by the customer
If the product is defective or incorrect, we may cover shipping
We recommend using a trackable courier service

8. IMPORTANT NOTE ON HANDCRAFT

All Palm Print products are made using traditional hand block printing techniques.

👉 Slight irregularities in print, color, and texture are:

Not defects
Not grounds for exchange

They are the mark of handcrafted authenticity.
